Optical Merchandise & Category Planning Manager

Develop and execute merchandising and category strategies for frames, sunglasses, readers, and accessories to maximize sales, gross profit, inventory productivity, and customer satisfaction. Own annual/seasonal merchandise planning, forecasting, and store-level stock allocation, monitor inventory health, and manage product life cycles. Track and report performance metrics, set merchandising guidelines and planograms, and collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, store managers, vendors, and IT/BI teams.
