Consumer Personal Banker (University Blvd. Branch)

Provide a best-in-class customer experience through needs-based conversations with new and existing customers, offering appropriate short- and long-term financial solutions. Drive proactive sales via outbound calling, teller interactions, and appointment setting, prospecting for new customers while deepening existing relationships. Uncover lending needs, resolve customer issues across deposits and credit, and partner with mortgage, investments, business and commercial banking, merchant services, and treasury management to refer solutions. Perform assigned branch operational duties and maintain compliance.
