Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership to a multi-disciplinary team responsible for planning, design, construction, and commissioning of enabling infrastructure and resort complex projects.
  • •Oversee project strategy, commercial management, procurement, and stakeholder coordination across internal departments and external participants to establish scope, schedule, and budgets.
  • •Manage schedule, budget, quality, safety, and field operations; ensure compliance with EHS standards and obtain final acceptance for contractor safety plans.
  • •Minimise project risks by controlling claims, disputes, change orders, and interface disruptions while tracking and reporting project components to upper management.
  • •Maintain document control and ensure project procedures are followed for correspondence, RFIs, directives, drawings, submittals, meeting minutes, action trackers, pay applications, and related deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Construction, Management, or a related field.
  • •Experience in construction project management and delivering infrastructure projects across design and construction phases.
  • •Experience with project scheduling, estimating, bidding, negotiations, and critical path management.
  • •Strong knowledge of enabling infrastructure delivery methods (e.g., roadways, rail development, roadway structures) and project phases end-to-end.
  • •Ability to interpret design/construction drawings and specifications, and experience managing project budgets, cash flow, cost control, and change orders.
