•Evaluate contractors’ EHS systems, incident history, and safety performance during selection
•Participate in bid evaluations and post-project reviews to inform future contract decisions

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction Management, or Construction EHS Management
•Extensive knowledge of construction safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices; specifically related to management of demolition activities
•Strong understanding of contract management and procurement processes
•Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
•Ability to provide leadership to cross-functional teams and manage complex safety oversight activities
