Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the inspection center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and drive improvements.
  • •Engage the team with coaching, development, performance management, clear communication of expectations and goals, and prevent/resolve conflict.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory and lead decisions to repair or reject based on estimated repair cost and overall vehicle quality.
  • •Train associates using quality control standards to complete effective first-time repairs and minimize re-checks, re-work, delays, and safety hazards.
