Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engagement with customers, build daily client relationships, and resolve client needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
  • •Partner with store leadership to analyze reports, support action plans, and focus on deficient areas and growth opportunities.
  • •Maintain effective sales floor coverage, educate guests and staff on products, community, and culture, and introduce ALO’s business model through personal testimony and knowledge.
  • •Execute front and back-of-house procedures per company policies, including assisting with shipment processing and supporting product flow and replenishment.
