Key Responsibilities

  • •Support corporate narrative development aligned to company purpose, business strategy, growth ambitions, and values.
  • •Measure and report reputation performance using media, stakeholder, and digital sentiment metrics.
  • •Support communications for earnings announcements, investor events, business updates, organizational changes, and major strategic initiatives.
  • •Support reputation risk assessment and monitoring, and maintain crisis preparedness tools including playbooks, response protocols, training, simulations, and monitoring/message-testing/risk-detection tools.
  • •Oversee digital reputation strategy and evolution of corporate owned and social channels using social listening and AI-powered intelligence tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 141,500 - 176,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of progressive communications experience; agency and in-house corporate communications experience preferred.
  • •Experience managing corporate financial communications, including working with Investor Relations.
  • •Experience supporting corporate crisis communications, including serving on cross-functional response teams.
  • •Ability to quickly assess complex situations and make sound decisions.
  • •Strong judgment on what is (and isn’t) a compelling story, with clear understanding of reputational risk vs. opportunity.
