•Present and communicate design ideas, concepts, and new creative initiatives with clarity and confidence
•Receive and apply constructive feedback effectively to achieve the highest level of design quality
•Uphold and evolve brand standards by delivering fresh, thoughtful, and practical creative solutions
•Collaborate closely with the creative team to drive innovation and elevate the brand across all touchpoints
