Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate and resolve customer billing inquiries end-to-end via ServiceNow, phone, chat, and Zoom, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes.
  • •Analyze accounts and troubleshoot billing portal issues, providing clear solutions to complex customer challenges.
  • •Process invoices, manual adjustments, and credit/debit modifications while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • •Reconcile payments and support the Collections team with dispute resolution and customer account management.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Renewals, and the Billing Manager, to improve processes and resolve systemic billing issues.
