Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine QA tasks for raw materials, packaging materials, and trading products, including sampling, testing, inspection, and documentation.
  • •Input supplier COA/test results into SAP for positive release/transfer stock and monitoring programs.
  • •Raise and manage non-conformances, including placing/communicating hold tags for NC stock in SAP.
  • •Coordinate RM/PM sampling plans and retention sample collection/handling, and maintain RM/PM/trading product records.
  • •Support customer complaint investigation/traceability/mock recall and assist with internal/external audits and GHP/FSQ program support.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or degree in Food Science or relevant laboratory/industry experience.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in a food manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience in food testing in food laboratories.
  • •Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • •Can work independently and proactively, making appropriate decisions with limited resources during night shift.
