Job Summary

Lead a mission-critical team of technical AI specialists deploying Agentforce solutions in complex enterprise environments. Coordinate delivery talent and capacity, set engineering standards, and unblock production customer escalations. Partner with Product and Engineering to turn field insights into roadmap features and accelerate Agentforce adoption from pilot to production.

Key Responsibilities

•Directly manage and grow a team of technical AI specialists deploying Agentforce solutions inside enterprise customer environments.
•Own delivery team coordination, including capacity planning, talent acquisition, and staffing for enterprise-scale deployments.
•Foster an inclusive, psychologically safe engineering culture and coach teams to optimize delivery velocity and handle complex escalations.
•Provide ultimate technical authority for the portfolio, including architectural judgment across the Salesforce platform, LLM techniques, data pipelines, and agentic orchestration.
•Build executive-level relationships within the customer portfolio to drive Agentforce activation, rollout, and sustained production value, partnering with Services, Account Success, and Product to move from pilot to production quickly.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of direct people management or high-impact technical leadership across cross-functional engineering or technical teams, including hiring and scaling talent.
•Deep architectural understanding of AI, LLMs, and the Salesforce ecosystem, with hands-on experience in enterprise implementation, data modeling, API integration, and AI deployments.
•Hands-on experience architecting or deploying Salesforce Data Cloud and the Agentforce platform, including orchestrating components for enterprise-scale production value.
•Strong executive-level communication and influence, with background navigating high-touch customer strategies at a global level.
•Proven ship-it mindset with exceptional problem-solving and resourcefulness in complex, code-shipping environments.
