Job Summary

Partner with regional sales teams to qualify leads, uncover enterprise pain points, and deliver technical solutions that drive business outcomes. Lead end-to-end enterprise engagements from pre-sales solutioning through demos, RFI/RFP, architecture workshops, and POC delivery. Serve as a trusted advisor to product teams by translating customer needs into feature requests, supporting PMF and roadmap iterations, and providing post-sales solution support to enable upsell and cross-sell.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with regional sales teams to qualify leads, identify client pain points, and create technical solutions that deliver business results.
•Lead enterprise client engagement lifecycle end-to-end from pre-sales solutioning to project implementation, including demos, presentations, RFI/RFP, architecture workshops, and POC delivery.
•Collaborate with product teams as a trusted advisor to articulate feature requests and provide thought leadership across cloud and ML products.
•Help close PMF gaps with product teams and drive product development/iteration roadmaps.
•Provide post-sales solution support and work with account executives on upsell/cross-sell.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree with strong business acumen.
•5 years of related work experience in a similar or related field.
•Experience in cloud computing and the related technology ecosystem.
•Strong regional experience across the Middle East and Africa (MEA).
•Comfort in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with strong problem-solving and strategic/analytical skills.
