Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to memory design validation for custom memory macros and memory compilers.
  • •Perform functional verification, identify root causes of design discrepancies, and help resolve them.
  • •Conduct signal integrity analysis and propose solutions to address design weaknesses.
  • •Run transistor-level simulations to validate power/lock-up issues, timing, and internal margin health.
  • •Develop scripts to automate verification flow and data analysis and support silicon debug/correlation to SPICE models.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in Electronics or Computer Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong understanding of transistor-level circuit behavior and device physics.
  • •Experience with signal integrity analysis, EM/IR analysis, and reliability analysis.
  • •Proficiency running simulators and writing automation scripts for verification flow and data analysis.
  • •Understanding of memory behavioral and physical models (preferred/plus).
