Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify areas for improvement in safety operations using data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
  • •Track and analyze safety operations KPIs and report safety-related insights to the business.
  • •Ensure safety features, rules, and processes are documented and accessible to internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Lead continuous improvement initiatives for incident response and prevention, including proposing new internal and product solutions.
  • •Run manual processes to remove non-compliant users and work with product/business teams to test new features.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in English.
  • •Good knowledge of any SQL dialect, preferably experience writing complex queries in BigQuery.
  • •Experience with data analysis.
  • •Strongly preferred experience working with safety, anti-fraud, operations, and/or customer experience.
  • •Excellent knowledge of Excel, with process standardization and continuous improvement experience.
