Membership Associate

Process and maintain PO participation and health plan enrollment documentation, updating client data in the CRM and keeping membership rosters accurate for assigned physician organizations. Work with practice coaches, practices, and health plan representatives to ensure timely physician updates, resolve outstanding issues, and collaborate with operations to streamline membership workflows. Handle provider applications and terminations while maintaining strict confidentiality and delivering excellent customer service.
