Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement comprehensive Asset Protection measures across stores in the Central Region, including safety protocols and shortage control programs.
  • •Lead and develop a team of field Asset Protection Managers, Supervisors, and Specialists and oversee training and supervision.
  • •Conduct assessments to identify drivers of shrink and inventory control issues, and deliver monthly metrics, Asset Protection reports, and cycle count reconciliation findings to leadership.
  • •Use exception-based reporting and daily analytics to identify, investigate, and resolve internal policy or procedure violations in partnership with internal teams.
  • •Manage asset protection timelines and budgets for new store projects and renovations, including coordination of AP vendors and reporting on offsite warehouse storage readiness.
