Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions accurately and professionally.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online banking, and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, identifying client needs or opportunities, and referring clients to appropriate branch team members or specialists.
  • •Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to deliver Truist expertise and solutions aligned to client needs.
  • •Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and act as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.

Key Requirements
