Build customer relationships using a consultative sales process to identify and meet retail and small business financial needs. Complete a 4–8 week onboarding program with rotations and earn certification to perform as a Retail Personal Banker I. Use Financial Needs Assessment and marketing outreach tools to set appointments, cross-sell, process teller transactions, and support Financial Center/Bank Mart operations while adhering to risk, ethics, and confidentiality standards.

•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and perform outside sales activities as directed.
•Establish relationships with business partners and refer customers to deliver timely, holistic solutions; process teller transactions as part of platform staff.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration required at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
