Key Responsibilities

•Build and develop the team through hiring, training, performance evaluations, and guidance with documentation.
•Manage branch operations to maximize financial success, including monthly profit and loss reviews to identify improvement areas and revenue opportunities.
•Monitor operational and customer metrics such as equipment utilization, underperforming assets, warranty recovery, billed mechanical hours, aged receivables, and customer satisfaction.
•Communicate effectively with the team and management and establish clear, measurable goals and expectations for team members.
•Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures in compliance with legal regulations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 130,000 annually
