Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and develop the team through hiring, training, performance evaluations, and guidance with documentation.
  • •Manage branch operations to maximize financial success, including monthly profit and loss reviews to identify improvement areas and revenue opportunities.
  • •Monitor operational and customer metrics such as equipment utilization, underperforming assets, warranty recovery, billed mechanical hours, aged receivables, and customer satisfaction.
  • •Communicate effectively with the team and management and establish clear, measurable goals and expectations for team members.
  • •Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures in compliance with legal regulations.
