Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and monitor the UAR process and keep Workday compliant with relevant teams.
  • •Run UAR processes and improve the process through automation.
  • •Record and track changes to UAR processes and maintain UAR documentation.
  • •Work closely with the Workday Security Manager to manage and maintain the UAR process.
  • •Use Workday access control features and review access controls for hires, terminations, and role changes.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years’ experience in a global ERP deployment and/or BAU environment.
  • •Understand security and access management design models in ERP (personas and segregation of duties across HR, Finance, and Professional Services).
  • •Experience with Tier 1 ERP solutions including Workday, SAP, Oracle, and Dynamics 365.
  • •Experience maintaining and monitoring user access.
  • •Strong Excel and data manipulation skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
