Job Summary

Ensure the Workday User Access Review (UAR) process is executed, maintained, recorded, and documented in line with operating procedures and controls. Run UAR cycles across WPP business units, support process automation and continuous improvement, and track changes to UAR/UAM design documentation. Partner with the Workday Security Manager to manage access control features, including access reviews for hires, terminations, and role changes. Provide day-to-day Workday governance and compliance support within the Workday Services team.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and monitor the UAR process and keep Workday compliant with relevant teams.
•Run UAR processes and improve the process through automation.
•Record and track changes to UAR processes and maintain UAR documentation.
•Work closely with the Workday Security Manager to manage and maintain the UAR process.
•Use Workday access control features and review access controls for hires, terminations, and role changes.

Key Requirements

•3+ years’ experience in a global ERP deployment and/or BAU environment.
•Understand security and access management design models in ERP (personas and segregation of duties across HR, Finance, and Professional Services).
•Experience with Tier 1 ERP solutions including Workday, SAP, Oracle, and Dynamics 365.
•Experience maintaining and monitoring user access.
•Strong Excel and data manipulation skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
