Production Line Lead - 3rd shift

Lead overnight production activities on an assigned line to meet safety, quality, production, and efficiency goals. Coordinate and direct line operators, monitor performance, troubleshoot equipment and processes, and partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Operations to drive root-cause corrective actions. Ensure compliance with food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, sanitation, and documentation requirements while maintaining a strong safety culture. Train and develop employees and support continuous improvement through changeovers, line startups, and performance tracking.
