Job Summary

Serve as the primary Supplier Development representative for an assigned Strategic Business Unit, partnering with Procurement to translate business priorities into supplier development strategies and execution plans. Coordinate cross-functional activities across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supplier Development to improve supplier performance, capacity readiness, and supply chain risk mitigation. Manage supplier development KPIs, lead planning and milestone tracking for Supplier Development Plans, and support production and NPI program execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary Supplier Development representative for an assigned Strategic Business Unit, serving as the key interface between Procurement and Global Supplier Development.
•Partner with Procurement to align supplier development priorities with business objectives and develop supplier development execution plans.
•Coordinate cross-functional supplier development activities with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supplier Development to meet quality, delivery, capacity, and operational objectives.
•Manage and monitor supplier development KPIs, identify emerging supplier risks, coordinate mitigation, and provide escalation and reporting to support business reviews.
•Lead supplier development program execution by tracking milestones, managing risks, aligning supplier capacity with production demand and NPI requirements, and coordinating Supplier Development Plans.

Key Requirements

•University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years experience.
•Experience in supplier development, procurement, supply chain, supplier quality, manufacturing engineering, operations, or a related function in a complex manufacturing environment.
•Demonstrated ability coordinating cross-functional initiatives in a highly matrixed organization.
•Experience managing supplier performance, capacity planning, operational readiness, and supply chain risk management.
•Travel readiness for domestic and/or international travel up to 30%.
