Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain product presentation through merchandising changes including recovery, restock, destock, and execution of visual directives
  • •Plan visual floor changes with management using payroll management and adapting zones and visual support to business needs
  • •Use reporting tools to identify opportunities using product placement, outfitting, and stock levels and make changes accordingly
  • •Partner with Operations to manage budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, and facilities; coach and evaluate associates
