•Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to enhance store performance and team development.
•Recruit, interview, train, and evaluate team members; provide feedback and guidance and hold the team accountable to goals and KPIs.

•Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed.
