Job Summary

Support and resolve complex SAP Sales and Distribution (Order to Cash) processes across quotes, contracts, scheduling agreements, sales orders, returns, delivery, shipping, pricing, and billing. Work hands-on within the SAP support organization, analyzing business problems, designing enhancements, creating end-user documentation and training, and handling trouble tickets to meet SLA requirements. Lead parts of projects, perform regression testing for SAP upgrades, and assist with reporting and data mapping activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead/manage components of projects or complex components of larger projects.
•Analyze complex SAP business problems and develop SAP solutions using available tools and technologies.
•Create enhancement designs from end-user specifications; deliver SAP documentation, processes, and training for the SBU.
•Provide user consultation to improve SAP process efficiency and proactively enhance SAP service quality and delivery.
•Resolve end-user trouble tickets within SLA; perform regression testing for SAP releases/upgrades and assist with functional reporting and data mapping.
•Lead training for other SBUs on new SAP releases.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
•Must be a U.S. citizen.
•Experience with SAP Order to Cash workstream focus areas: quotes, contracts, scheduling agreements, sales orders, returns, delivery, shipping, pricing, and billing.
•Ability to lead/participate in project components and analyze complex SAP business problems to develop solutions in SAP.
•10–20% travel expected.
