Key Responsibilities

•Lead the shift from automated to AI-led localization, accelerating multi-language releases with AI/LLM-led workflows focused on product UI.
•Extend AI-led pipeline models across the content stack to documentation, marketing, and beyond, scaling AI-led delivery across Tenable’s content ecosystem.
•Shape standards and governance by defining technical best practices, system hygiene norms, and engineering documentation for the broader team.
•Build intelligence into operations by enhancing reporting with AI-powered insights.
•Lead, build and orchestrate delivery while coordinating contracted and distributed engineering partners, determining what to keep close versus what to delegate.

Key Requirements

•AI-forward mindset and curiosity about evolving AI tooling.
•Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (e.g., Claude/Anthropic) and producing production-grade AI pipelines.
•Ability to design event-driven, API-first translation infrastructure spanning repos, CMS, databases, and release events.
•Strong internationalization (i18n)/localization engineering knowledge across content types and encoding conventions.
•Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices, with scripting ability in JavaScript and Python.
