Sr. Manufacturing Engineer — Integration / Assembly

Own manufacturing engineering for integration and assembly, including mechanical, electrical, and controls fit-out of modules at takt. Build and standardize the assembly process—station design, sequence, torque and test standards, and line balance. Lead change management to launch new module configurations (ECO to floor) and improve ramp performance by reducing hours per unit and increasing first-pass yield week over week.
