Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, staff, and scale a centralized Central Operations function to standardize provider support, credentialing, and scheduling across states.
  • •Centralize and automate medical records retrieval, auditing, and processing to support billing velocity and continuity of care.
  • •Build high-throughput lab ordering and results routing pipelines, and architect centralized inbound/outbound referral management.
  • •Lead facility partner implementation: standardize onboarding playbooks for SNFs/ALFs, integrate workflows/systems, and run joint governance and training.
  • •Optimize provider productivity and experience by improving clinician schedules, streamlining the ChartEasy EHR, and overseeing telemedicine operations and executive performance dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of operational leadership building or scaling a centralized operations/MSO hub in a fast-growing healthcare organization.
  • •Proven experience directly managing and scaling high-volume medical records (HIM), lab routing systems, and referral coordination departments.
  • •Hands-on capability balancing fee-for-service operational metrics with value-based care workflows.
  • •Success leading complex, multi-site operational rollouts with external healthcare enterprise/facility partners.
  • •Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MHA or equivalent preferred, plus advanced Excel/PowerPoint and healthcare analytics proficiency.
