Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain risk management frameworks, policies, procedures, and methodologies across projects and business operations.
  • •Lead the identification, assessment, evaluation, and monitoring of strategic, operational, financial, commercial, and project-related risks.
  • •Establish and maintain project and corporate risk registers with documented risks, mitigation actions, owners, and deadlines.
  • •Facilitate risk workshops and reviews with project teams, senior management, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • •Monitor key risk indicators and emerging risks; run qualitative/quantitative risk assessments and ensure mitigation, contingency measures, reporting, and escalation as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • •Professional certification in Risk Management, Project Management, or a related field is an advantage.
  • •Strong experience in risk management, preferably within real estate development, construction, infrastructure, or major project environments.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing project and enterprise risk registers and facilitating risk assessments and workshops.
  • •Strong understanding of project controls, commercial risk, cost and schedule risk, governance, and compliance.
