Key Responsibilities

  • •Build governance frameworks (workflows, RASCI, DoA, stage gates, templates, KPIs, and reporting structures) and align them to client governance requirements.
  • •Develop and execute the PMIS implementation roadmap, including phasing, sequencing, data migration, integration, testing, and rollout.
  • •Lead configuration of PMIS modules across project controls, cost, schedule, risk/issues, change management, procurement/contract management, document control/CDE, and reporting.
  • •Own integrations and data migration activities, ensuring forward/reverse traceability from data fields to KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
  • •Lead stakeholder engagement, solution workshops, change management planning, system testing, pilot/phased rollout, and post-go-live hypercare/continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years implementing PMIS solutions for capital projects or large programmes.
  • •Proven experience with platforms such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, PMWeb, Aconex, Procore, InEight, EcoSys, or similar.
  • •Strong background in project controls, governance frameworks, workflow design, and enterprise PMO operations.
  • •Expertise in workflow automation, structured templates, and KPI frameworks.
  • •Experience in integration architecture and document control/CDE environments; BIM-enabled workflows are a plus.
