Universal Banker PT (20hrs) - Hazleton Branch

Provide timely, accurate service for client transactions while maintaining proper handling of funds and records. Deliver a strong client experience by understanding financial needs, educating clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and supporting outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Cross-train to assist with sales and service activities, serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution, and follow risk management and internal control procedures.
