Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow trained procedures to provide high-visibility customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service/repair of complex equipment.
  • •Work closely with customers to develop leading-edge processes used to manufacture advanced semiconductor chips.
  • •Create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOE); analyze data with statistics and compile reports with high-level conclusions.
  • •Troubleshoot complex problems, perform multiple root-cause analyses, and resolve difficult process and customer product issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or related field.
  • •Past internship experience in semiconductor/electronics/manufacturing is an added advantage but not compulsory.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain sensitive information and build consensus among stakeholders.
  • •Ability to work closely with customers at the customer site/cleanroom daily.
