Job Summary

Guide semiconductor equipment through end-to-end lifecycle support by delivering on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service/repair for complex process tools. Partner with customers and R&D teams to develop advanced manufacturing processes, run hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOE), analyze results with statistics, and produce clear technical reports. Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analyses, and resolve difficult process engineering and customer product problems while communicating to build trust with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow trained procedures to provide high-visibility customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service/repair of complex equipment.
•Work closely with customers to develop leading-edge processes used to manufacture advanced semiconductor chips.
•Create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOE); analyze data with statistics and compile reports with high-level conclusions.
•Troubleshoot complex problems, perform multiple root-cause analyses, and resolve difficult process and customer product issues.
•Communicate with internal stakeholders and the customer to achieve goals with a focus on building relationships and establishing trust.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or related field.
•Past internship experience in semiconductor/electronics/manufacturing is an added advantage but not compulsory.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain sensitive information and build consensus among stakeholders.
•Ability to work closely with customers at the customer site/cleanroom daily.
