Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide L1 operational support for wealth management platforms and applications, including initial triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • •Monitor ETL jobs, data pipelines, file transfers, and batch scheduling; validate data loads and assess downstream impacts.
  • •Perform production data analysis and defect triage, including smoke testing (SOD/EOD/SOW/EOW/DR/Release) and active monitoring of alert/INC queues per SOP.
  • •Coordinate with business and upstream/downstream teams, offshore support staff, and vended software support; escalate complex issues to L2/L3 with proper communication and tracking.
  • •Handle production incidents end-to-end (incident detection, root-cause investigation, job recovery), support automation efforts, and maintain DR documentation while producing SLA/audit reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in a technical, business-facing role within a financial institution or similar environment.
  • •ITIL certification and knowledge of ITSM.
  • •Advanced SQL skills.
  • •Experience supporting ETL/data pipelines, monitoring and batch processing in production environments.
  • •Knowledge of UNIX/Linux and shell scripting; Python and cloud data services are preferred (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Databricks).
