Job Summary

Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, aligning requirements with ServiceNow capabilities across modules. Lead discovery workshops, define as-is/to-be processes for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SPM, and translate them into user stories, BRDs, FSDs, and process flows. Coordinate SIT/UAT and stakeholder validations, partner with integration teams on external system alignment, and support go-live, hypercare, and continuous improvement.
