Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the Treasury Department on project-based initiatives and support financial operations with other departments.
  • •Work on asset management by tracking sold-asset progress with lenders and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate completion.
  • •Maintain lease administration by monitoring and keeping lease data accurate throughout the lease lifecycle.
  • •Support treasury operations including bank account summaries and vendor analyses for mergers and acquisitions.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •Basic understanding of GAAP and financial principles from completed accounting-related coursework.
  • •GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • •Proficient in Excel and similar business intelligence tools.
  • •Excellent communication skills, highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
