Credit Support Officer I/II

Act as a lending expert and partner to retail bankers and clients by providing credit coaching, answering consumer credit inquiries, and facilitating efficient document collection. You’ll analyze complex issues, handle policy exceptions based on compensating factors, clear fraud alerts and support risk mitigation, and provide credit support for digital origination when needed—while supporting securities-related activities and client outreach for expiring lines.
