Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform repetitive progressive line assembly of parts and sub-assemblies within the plant.
  • •Assemble using assembly diagrams/method sheets, and follow verbal and written directions to meet quality standards.
  • •Operate machines and presses, load/unload units onto conveyors and carts, and use measuring devices to verify dimensions.
  • •Detect quality defects and unsafe conditions using perception/senses and perform quality checks and tests.
  • •Support the QMS by meeting quality objectives, maintaining tools/equipment, and contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Manufacturing experience and ability to use hand and power tools (e.g., wrenches, sockets, hammers, tape measures, cutters).
  • •Ability to operate power pneumatic and hand tools required for the role.
  • •Read and follow method sheets, assembly diagrams, and verbal/written directions to assemble parts.
  • •Knowledge of and ability to apply basic math skills and use measuring devices to detect quality issues.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion and work safely while following all safety rules and procedures.
