Job Summary

Vice President-level role overseeing financial control and reporting for KKR’s Real Assets funds (Real Estate and Infrastructure). Responsible for fund accounting deliverables, valuations, carried interest calculations, and NAV close processes, while managing Gurugram-based controllership staff and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate US GAAP reporting, regulatory compliance, and efficient financial operations across internally administered funds.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee fund accounting deliverables and reviews from external fund administrators, including valuations, performance, management fees, carried interest, investor capital balances, and financial statements.
•Help manage Gurugram-based fund controllership team members and oversee their work product.
•Oversee day-to-day financial operations for internally administered funds, including investor activity, investment activity, cash management, NAV closing, and regulatory reporting requirements.
•Manage capital calls and distributions, including cash carry calculations across the portfolio.
•Oversee quarterly management fee calculations and transaction fee allocations; review transactions in Investran and perform monthly/quarterly account analyses and reconciliations.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in private fund and partnership accounting.
•CA qualification required; Accounting degree and/or CPA preferred.
•Be committed to operating as a team-player on the team as well as in the context of the larger firm.
•Exceptionally strong financial and analytical capabilities, with the ability to work with complex datasets while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
•Experience in financial control, financial reporting, and legal entity reporting.
