Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate approved designs and specifications into technical specifications and development objects using SAP S/4HANA best practices.
  • •Develop and support ABAP/RICEFW objects, including reports, CDS views, enhancements, conversions, workflows, labels, and custom technical extensions aligned to Clean Core.
  • •Design and build RAP-based backend services, including behavior definitions/implementations, validations, determinations, actions, and service definitions/bindings.
  • •Support testing and deployment activities across SIT, UAT, security/regression/performance testing, cutover rehearsals, production cutover, and hypercare stabilization.
  • •Create and maintain audit-ready documentation, including technical specs, unit test evidence, deployment notes, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12 years of SAP technical development experience with 4–5 years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
  • •Strong ABAP on SAP S/4HANA experience (modern ABAP, CDS views, OData, enhancements, forms, conversions, labels, workflows, and technical RICEFW objects).
  • •Hands-on RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP) experience, including service definitions/bindings, validations, determinations, actions, and Fiori-ready services.
  • •Experience with SAP S/4HANA extensibility options (Key User Extensibility and Developer Extensibility) and building upgrade-safe ABAP extensions.
  • •Strong Clean Core and RICEFW delivery experience, including design/build/unit testing, documentation, and support through SIT/UAT/regression/performance and hypercare defect resolution.
