Support StreamCaster MANET product development and manufacturing by performing advanced visual inspection, electrical checks, and troubleshooting under IPC standards. You’ll build/repair cable assemblies and test fixtures, maintain calibration of inspection tools, and assist with RMA diagnostics while collaborating with Quality Engineers to identify process improvements in a fully onsite West Los Angeles facility.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct advanced visual inspection and rework per IPC-J-STD 001 standards.
•Perform continuity, resistance, and voltage checks to support root cause analysis.
•Build and repair custom cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, and test fixtures.
•Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and test equipment under supervision.
•Support RMA processing by performing initial diagnostic checks on returned units.

Salary: USD 32.4 - 34.56 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years in electronics assembly, inspection, or rework; OR an Associate’s degree in Electronics with 3 years; OR a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or related field with 1 year of relevant experience.
•Proficiency in soldering equipment such as hand irons, bottom burners, and hot air stations
•Familiarity with basic test equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, power supply)
•Proficient in Windows-based data entry and documentation tools
•Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.
