Senior insurance broking leadership role focusing on energy and power. You will drive negotiation and placement of insurance/reinsurance contracts for the Specialty, manage placement accounts, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insurance solutions, mentor junior brokers, and contribute to growth strategies while ensuring MAS compliance and high-risk coverage outcomes.

Job Function: Energy & Utilities Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the negotiation and placement of insurance/reinsurance contracts, producing desktop & market quotations and lead terms, for the Specialty
•Run a placement account independently and be accountable for budget performance on the account
•Interface with the market to secure optimum outcome for client risk coverage
•Assist the Team Leader to implement growth strategy for the team (Cedant/TPP/Network)
•Take the lead and support the junior brokers in complex placements

Key Requirements

•Preferably 7 years of insurance and/or reinsurance market experience
•Strong client relationships with insurers and reinsurers
•Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (oral and written)
•Goal-oriented, collaborative, and able to participate actively in a team
•Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; able to work independently
