Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform HVAC mechanical equipment and controls service on client sites under supervision.
  • •Develop troubleshooting skills to resolve technical and customer issues through coaching and mentorship.
  • •Communicate job progress and issues to Honeywell, contractors, and customers as needed.
  • •Meet attendance requirements for required Union training during the first year.
  • •Provide recommendations and solutions to improve facility efficiency, including preparing quotes and upselling opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 29.34 - 36.65 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Membership or willingness to join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO.
  • •1+ years of industry experience or experience servicing mechanical systems in the HVAC industry.
  • •Knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems, facilities management systems, site preparation, peripheral equipment installation, and servicing techniques.
  • •Leadership skills to support mechanics working on non-complex, non-critical mechanical HVAC equipment on job sites.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to prioritize safety.
