Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and architect scalable, performant applications, systems, and infrastructure for large software projects leveraging MongoDB.
  • •Advise customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies for MongoDB, articulating business value to stakeholders.
  • •Partner with sales to drive account success through account planning, opportunity qualification/prioritization, and pipeline generation, owning technical aspects from discovery through documentation.
  • •Proactively generate demand via technical initiatives and participation in events such as trade shows and account-based marketing events.
  • •Foster customer success by building champions, maintaining relationships, and relaying field feedback to improve MongoDB solutions and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 8 years of related industry experience, ideally including 2 years in a customer-facing role.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience with modern scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, SQL; and/or C/C++, Java, C#) professionally.
  • •Experience implementing scalable, highly available distributed systems across cloud and on-prem.
  • •Ability to review complex application architecture with customers and provide guidance to improve it using technology.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
