Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish project controls processes, templates, and tools; agree the cost and schedule baseline and monitor performance against it.
  • •Identify trends and root causes of deviations and recommend remedial actions to drive best value.
  • •Lead evaluation of project time, cost, and quality targets and apply governance controls as needed for delivery.
  • •Coordinate planning sessions and workshops to compile the master schedule, agree baselines, and manage the critical path.
  • •Manage change impacts through the change management process, control costs/contingency principles, and hold vendors accountable for schedule updates and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in project controls coordination across the project lifecycle, including program, risk and reporting, with significant Data Centre experience.
  • •Ability to determine corrective actions based on facts and figures, critically evaluating data from multiple sources.
  • •Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6.
  • •Commitment to excellent service, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • •Strong verbal and written English; local language skills would be advantageous.
