Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure the ServiceNow CSM module to address client needs and develop tailored ITSM solutions.
  • •Participate in workshops with clients to collect functional requirements, draft technical specifications and user stories, and propose technical and functional recommendations with backlog management.
  • •Support agile processes by contributing to sprint planning and reviews, performing technical configurations, developments, and testing, and assisting with production deployment.
  • •Analyze and optimize client processes in collaboration with senior consultants and architects.
  • •Occasionally travel to client sites as required for project delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher education in engineering or equivalent university degree
  • •At least 2 years of ServiceNow CSM experience or 4 years in ITSM
  • •Strong JavaScript and/or Angular.js skills
  • •CSA and CIS-ITSM certifications are required; additional CSM or HAM certification is a plus
  • •ITIL v4 certification and good knowledge of IT service management processes are necessary
