  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations, refine processes, and remove waste using Lean principles.
  • •Hire, train, and manage the Distribution Center management team and associates; develop standard documentation and training/qualification materials.
  • •Conduct periodic reporting of operational metrics and manage inventory transaction collection, reporting, and feedback using SAP, Excel queries, and WMS reporting.
  • •Maintain working knowledge of Distribution Center systems/platforms and guide/support operations and IT staff as needed.
