Own supplier quality and performance by driving onboarding, technical audits, and supplier improvement plans. Key Responsibilities

•Participate in supplier selection and onboarding, including supplier technical audits, performance/capability evaluation, and continuous improvement with suppliers.
•Drive supplier quality problem resolution and incident management using root cause analysis, corrective actions, and CAPA leadership.
•Collaborate with New Product Development teams to ensure engineering drawing requirements, specifications, and supplier involvement for design for manufacturability.
•Establish and improve supplier KPIs (quality, delivery, responsiveness, defect rate, corrective action closure, cost of poor quality) and run performance reviews.
•Lead corrective and preventive action requests end-to-end, including containment plan review and verifying effectiveness and sustainment.

Salary: USD 110,500 - 152,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, process engineering, or related technical supplier management roles.
•Working knowledge of mechanical parts, electronic assemblies, precision machining, welding, surface treatment, cleaning, assembly, and/or high-technology manufacturing processes.
•Strong understanding of quality systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001), supplier audit practices, nonconformance management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
•Proficiency with quality tools (8D, 5 Why, fishbone analysis, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PDCA) and ability to read/interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
