Job Summary

Deliver high-quality personal training on the gym floor by maintaining customer service, upholding Fitness First brand standards, and providing motivational fitness expertise. Design and run personalized training programs, assist with exercise correction for safety and effectiveness, and support club events to maximize member engagement. Complete required training and certifications (MY ZONE, 6D, RISE), maintain KPIs, and handle session and administrative updates in the Fitness Enterprise System.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain high customer service and uphold Fitness First brand standards on the gym floor while providing fitness and motivational support to members.
•Deliver high-quality personal training programs, provide unrivalled session delivery and support, and assist with exercise correction to ensure safety and effectiveness.
•Complete MY ZONE, 6D, and RISE training certifications and maintain up-to-date fitness industry product knowledge.
•Meet Fitness KPI targets, attend coaching sessions with FTL/HFM, and ensure consistent administrative execution including goal setting and success diary utilization.
•Update and analyze personal training and induction sessions on the Fitness Enterprise System, manage bookings and client confirmations, and ensure required session signatures and documentation are completed.

Key Requirements

•A level (or equivalent) secondary education.
•Personal Training certification (REPS A level) or an equivalent qualification, or currently enrolled/working towards it.
•Complete certification for MY ZONE, 6D, and RISE via the Fitness First Education Academy.
•Complete ongoing CPD requirements via IDEA Club Connect per quarter and one live course annually.
•Develop in-depth knowledge of My Zone, including using the belt at least 12 times monthly.
