Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies with three years of litigation paralegal experience; or Associate degree with five years; or high school diploma/equivalent with seven years of paralegal experience.

  • •Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and other litigation documents.
  • •Coordinate discovery, including document management, deposition scheduling, and preparation of summaries and exhibits.
