Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and supervise staff to ensure smooth store performance
•Drive sales by implementing strategies to achieve targets and ensuring understanding of KPIs among team
•Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to align with brand standards
•Maintain store security procedures and ensure confidential handling of employee information
•Collaborate with the Store Manager to set sales targets and support administrative procedures

Key Requirements

•3+ years progressive experience in a customer-centric role with strong management experience
•Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred
•Experience in achieving and exceeding sales KPI targets and managing staff in a retail environment
•Ability to monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue
•Oversee inventory control, merchandising, and store administration to maintain brand standards
